To implement a service means to write a task to handle it! With BITBUS you are designing real distributed control systems, not distributed I/O systems! This makes your products more reliable, more flexible and reduces the need for high data rates on the network.
However, simple direct I/O access is also possible using predefined services found on any existing BITBUS implementation. These services, better known as "RAC" (Remote Access Control) or "GBS" (Global Bus Services) commands, do not only support remote I/O but also up- and download, creation and handling of tasks!
